Orders

When you place an order, you are agreeing to buy the item at the listed price plus shipping and applicable tax. Your order confirmation will arrive by email. If something is out of stock or there is a problem, I will contact you quickly and either sort out the timing or refund the order.

Shipping

Everything ships from Vashon Island, WA. Shipping costs depend on the size of what you ordered: $12 for small items, $40 for large items, $65 for bicycle frames. Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days unless something is noted on the product page. If a piece needs extra time, I will tell you before it goes out.

Local pickup

Pickup is free, but by arrangement only. Email [email protected] before you come out. I am on Vashon Island and not always in the shop.

Returns

If I made a mistake or something arrived damaged, email [email protected] with a photo and I will make it right.

Beyond that, returns are accepted at my discretion. If you are unsure about something before ordering, ask first.

Custom work and custom finishes are final sale. No returns, no exceptions. That is the deal with anything made specifically for you.

Custom orders

Custom work is priced per project. A deposit is required before work begins. I will tell you what it costs and how long it takes before anything starts. Once a custom order is in progress, the deposit is non-refundable.

Pricing and tax

All prices are in US dollars. Washington state sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
