Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Everything ships from Vashon Island, WA. Shipping costs depend on the size of what you ordered.
- Small items, like shoe horns, stops, and small hardware: $12.
- Large items, like stools, fixtures, and bigger objects: $40.
- Bicycle frames: $65.
Orders usually ship within 5 to 7 business days unless something is noted on the product page. If a piece needs extra time, I will tell you before it goes out.
Local pickup
Pickup is free, but by arrangement only. Email [email protected] before you come out. I am on Vashon Island and not always in the shop.
Returns
If I made a mistake or something arrived damaged, email [email protected] with a photo and I will make it right.
Beyond that, returns are accepted at my discretion. If you are unsure about something before ordering, ask first.
Custom work and custom finishes are final sale. No returns, no exceptions. That is the deal with anything made specifically for you.
Custom orders
Custom work is priced per project. If you have something specific in mind, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can. Photos help. Dimensions help. A sense of what the object needs to do helps most.
I will tell you what it costs and how long it takes before any work starts. A deposit is required on custom orders.
